For over 20 years, Manuel Tobias has served families in the Greater Sacramento and Placer County areas with their real estate and mortgage needs. That experience has given him the tools to adequately consult and guide his clients on the biggest purchase they will ever make, while developing a special bond along the way. Manuel was born in El Salvador and immigrated to the United States with his family at the age of 8. He grew up in Lodi, CA and moved to the Sacramento area in 1997. The most important things in his life are his two daughters, Sydney and Savanna, followed by the career he’s built in real estate. His hobbies include travelling and summer and winter activities, including hiking, running, being on the water and snowboarding. Manuel’s main focus within his work life is to build a company where the culture is built around taking care of people. As he puts it, “We want to work in an environment where people walk away from a transaction feeling as if they were treated like family.”
